N95 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing use of the n95 platform. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the n95 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our services.
Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. n95 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice; however, the latest version will always be available on this page.
These terms apply to all users of the n95 platform, including visitors without an account, registered account holders, and any party accessing our content or services through any device or channel.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of n95 services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. n95 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account information. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
- The minimum age to register is 18. Registration by underage individuals is not permitted.
- You must ensure that all your profile information is kept up to date and accurate at all times.
- N95 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
N95 platform users agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. You agree not to misuse the platform in any way that could compromise the operations, security, or reputation of n95.
Prohibited conduct on this platform includes, but is not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or scrape data from the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Attempting to disrupt, intrude upon, or damage the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Sharing, lending, or allowing any third party to use your account.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes.
- Posting content that is seditious, obscene, or in violation of Malaysia's communications and multimedia laws.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and n95 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the n95 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). n95 supports a variety of local payment methods, including online bank transfers, Boost e-wallet, Touch 'n Go, and other methods listed in your account portal at the time of use.
Deposits made into your n95 account are final and non-refundable except under circumstances specified by n95. All withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification process that may take up to three business days for first-time verification.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change.
- N95 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
- Any attempt to manipulate the payment system or use fraudulent financial information will result in account closure and possible legal action.
- N95 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes without prior notice.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The n95 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. n95 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continued availability of our services. n95 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or unauthorised third-party access.
Intellectual Property
All content on the n95 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of n95 or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from n95.
Third-Party Links
The n95 platform may from time to time contain references or links to third-party services. n95 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of any third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Amendments & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
N95 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from authorities, or prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Valid balances in accounts closed at the user's own initiative will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures. For accounts closed due to a breach, n95 reserves the right to withhold the relevant balance pending an ongoing investigation.
Terms Amendment
N95 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notices or email to registered users where appropriate. Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
